Description:
The door locking device for pyrolytic oven is an electromechanical component that can provide the following main functions: - Indicate the presence of the closed door - Ensure the locking of the door in closed position during pyrolysis. The functions are obtained by the interaction of the component and the oven door with levers customised according to the oven type. The movement and the shape of the levers allow the correct coupling and also the compensation of the assembly tolerances (patented system). The component can be controlled by an electric motor or by a thermoactuator. In case of thermoactuator version, direct controls or bistable systems are possible.

  • Custom lever profiles for each oven.
  • Silent operation and no EMI emissions (version with thermo-actuator).
  • Power supply 220-240 VAC (motor), 110-240 Vac (thermo-actuator).
  • Various possible mounting positions of the lever profiles: on the oven side or on top of the oven.
  • Approvals: ENEC-UL for the thermoactuator.
