Description:
Eltek crankcase pressure sensor is suitable for detecting the overpressure of engine oil in the crankcase. This overpressure is due to a diesel leakage in engine oil. Suitable for PC-LD and Truck applications. Chemical resistance is guaranteed by means of approved materials. The sensitive element is a ceramic element capable of detecting relative or absolute pressure, integrating a signal conditioning IC, which is directly assembled on the sensor. All the active and sensing electonic circuits are not in contact with the engine oil. The sensor output is ratiometric with the power supply. Calibration procedure, fault conditions management, ESD and EMI requirements are guaranteed by means of an approved IC according to automotive standards.
